Applications for Traditional Grant Applications can be submitted online anytime through our online Traditional Grant Application form, but are only reviewed and awarded twice annually, in the weeks following each deadline:
- The Spring Cycle deadline is March 15
- The Fall Cycle deadline is October 15
Traditional grants are reviewed by the Grants Committee, which makes recommendations to the MEF Board that are considered when the Board votes on whether or not to approve each proposal. This process usually takes about 30 days to complete from the date of the application deadline.
